Reporter Retweets NYT’s Jeong, Swaps ‘White men’ With ‘Black,’ Gets Banned Instantly
In the bizarro-Orwellian social laboratory that is social media, truth is indeed more disturbing than fiction. That was proven in ridiculous fashion Monday when an African American conservative woman decided an object lesson was in order and pulled it off with stunning success.
In the wake of New York Time’s editorial staff member, Sarah Jeong’s amazingly idiotic array of insulting, racist, anti-male and if we’re being truthful, terribly composed tweets, black conservative personality Candace Owens took to Twitter today to make a point. And boy did she ever. Take a look:
Owens retweeted verbatim versions of Times’ editorial staffer Sarah Jeong’s bigoted anti-white bilge, but replaced references to white men and ‘whites’ with black women and ‘blacks,’ and found her account banned nearly instantaneously. The staggering double standard regarding so-called hate speech and perceptions of language values and subsequent controls by social platforms continues to reach new heights of idiocy, as Owens’ hiatus from Twitter came on the same day as conservative journalist Alex Jones’ permanent ban from YouTube and a handful of other social platforms for ‘hate speech,’ and ‘fake news.’
Meanwhile, officially declared domestic terror group ANTIFA, hyper-racist and antisemite minister, Louis Farrakhan, and of course, cranial cutlery champs, ISIS are still ‘Alive and Kicking,’ as 80’s rockers, Simple Minds might have put it in a kinder, gentler era before social media when Americans seemed to know what free speech meant and didn’t waste as much time in fatuous moralizing and attempted censorship of any viewpoint they didn’t like. In case you needed a reminder, here’s a collection of New York Times editorial board member Sarah Jeong’s greatest hits.
