The political persecution of imprisoned 2020 Election whistleblower Tina Peters takes a shocking turn Monday, (1/19/2026) after she was violently attacked and injured by another inmate, placed in solitary confinement and now faces years of additional prison time for defending herself.

In what is believed to be a targeted and politically ordered attack, a spokesperson says Tina Peters was violently assaulted at approximately 9 p.m. Monday night.

Tina Peters was inside a maintenance closet filling a bucket with water when an inmate cornered her inside the closet and began striking her in anger. Tina raised her hands and pushed the inmate away. 

Per Tina Peters, facility security cameras showed her pushing the inmate away from her out of the closet. She was subsequently handcuffed, shackled, and brought to solitary confinement. 

Peters is now being charged with Felony Assault for defending herself against an unprovoked attack. She will be locked down completely for 24-72 hours and held in solitary confinement for an unknown period of time. Depending on charges, a felony assault conviction could add 32 years to her current sentence. 

Despite a Presidential pardon by President Donald Trump, Peters is currently serving an 8-year prison sentence, wrongfully imprisoned after she successfully secured data evidence proving 2020 Democrat election rigging in Mesa County, Colorado. Corrupt Colorado Secretary of State, Jena Griswold and Colorado’s equally corrupt leftist prosecutors colluded in criminally charging Peters with “election manipulation” for downloading digital evidence of Democrat election fraud.

As far as Tina Peters is aware, the inmate who assaulted and injured her has not been charged, slept in their normal prison cell last night, and will face no legal consequences for the attack. 

This incident is clearly a targeted attack against Peters. In all likelihood, it is being used as an opportunity to isolate and harass Tina Peters.
