Is Ruth Bader Ginsburg Dead? Fox News ‘Glitch’ Pours Gasoline on RBG Conspiracy Fire
If they had any intention on dousing festering speculation about the health and vital signs of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, an apparent graphics ‘mistake’ by Fox News Channel succeeded only in pouring a tanker ship worth of gasoline on internet theories that Ms. Ginsburg is already long deceased and that Democrats are hiding the truth in order to salvage Democrat chances for naming her replacement on the High Court.
Fox News Channel apologized recently after viewers were startled by a momentary glipse of a full screen graphic indicating Ruth Ginsburg’s passing and noting the span of her life in familiar format, 1933-2019. The flash frame of an apparent graphics mock-up happened during an edition of the Fox network’s ‘Fox and Friends,’ morning news program.
With Ruth Bader Ginsburg battling a dire cancer diagnosis and missing from oral argument duties on the bench for the first time in her career, internet media message boards had already been buzzing with suggestions and speculation that Ginsburg is already long dead and that Democrats are keeping her body on ice, concealing the truth in hopes for a Trump removal that will allow a Democrat appointment to the nation’s highest court.
Already down a vote, or two when Donald Trump took office, depending on swing justice Anthony Kennedy’s stance on any given case, Trump’s timing and unprecedented opportunities for three or possibly four Supreme Court appointments is a nightmare scenario for the liberal left. Through albeit rough confirmation waters, Trump appointees Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh are already safely into port, placing all eyes on Ginsburg as the next exit from the bench, making Trump’s potential impact on the high court historic by any measure.
Over the past several years, Ruth Ginsburg’s declining health has evidenced a visible decline, falling asleep and snoring during State of the Union addresses and looking very frail at her last public appearance. No matter what Democrat Socialists do to the rest of the American government, a conservative two vote or three vote advantage on key social issues affirms what will be a generation long check and balance against what could be a foreseeable mad rush to the far left after Trump’s exit; formidable and intentional impediment against wholesale implementation of extra-Constitutional policy pieces affecting everything from gun rights, freedom of speech, freedom of the press and the fate of 46-years of legalized abortion on demand in America.
Not since Paul McCartney and Elvis Presley has the death conspiracy rumor mill seen such energetic public investment of attention. Perhaps if Ruth Bader Ginsburg forgets her shoes on the next album cover the mystery will be solved.
Or, will it?
