–Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany makes mincemeat out of a reporter who tries to corner Trump on COVID response, reading back MSM headlines downplaying the virus as “less deadly than the flu,” etc. Trumpers  celebrate and share her mic drop moment. And then continue to parrot exactly the same narratives about COVID-19 contained in the headlines she was ridiculing for their inaccuracy. Hilarious or tragic or both?

–United States records a “Pearl Harbor a day” for COVID deaths, even as denialists grasp desperately for a new narrative every day to debunk the numbers, each one more ridiculous than the last. 75,000 Americans are killed in 41 days. And still the spin continues, damaging Donald Trump politically via the words of his own base. If the virus is a cold or “less deadly than the flu,”  Donald Trump rightfully deserves impeachment for economic incompetence. OR….he is responding to a bioweapons attack by China that kills 6-10% of all symptomatic cases and he needs smarter followers to stop playing into Democrat hands by making his response look stupid.

–Trump aide, a military valet tests positive for COVID. MSM automatically suggests Trump’s rightful response should be self quarantine. Their wet dream….Donald Trump unable to be actively engaged in daily duties, unable to hold massive rallies during the 2020 homestretch and ultimately, sickened and kille by this disease.

–As Shad Olson called it in January, COVID-19 is a black swan event to devour Trump’s golden goose. And for the Deep State, how fortuitously and perfectly has that black swan won the day. COVID-19, by name. A Chinese swan with an American virological pedigree.
