And because it is a State vs. State action rather than an appelate adjudication, it will function as a trial, with all evidence, affidavit and brief previously rejected by politicized lower courts eligible for entry as evidence. It’s now up to the Supreme Court to restore justice, sanity, and Constitutional rigor to this election.
