Trump Sues Big Tech: Does Any American Court Have the Moral Courage to Force Social Media to Behave Like Platforms and Protect Freedom of Speech?

“You can have damages immunity and editorial purview, but you can’t legally have both at the same time.”

–President Donald Trump files a class action lawsuit against Facebook, Google and Twitter for civil rights violations and personal damages for shadowbanning, throttling, censoring and prohibiting conservative commentary on their platforms. Shad Olson describes the “cake and eat it too,” largesse of big tech firms endowed immunity from tortuous interference, defamation and personal damages claims under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, even as they censor, curate and ban certain kinds of communications, in clear defiance of the “platform” definition of the law.

–A surreal sequence of events in Rapid City, South Dakota, as the local newspaper of record, The Rapid City Journal publishes an op-ed on the Friday before the Independence Day weekend, explaining the virtues of socialism as a misunderstood and misportrayed system. Then, on the 4th of July, native American provocateurs scale a downtown grain elevator to unfurl a flag demanding the abdication of property rights and land rights claims by every non-native person living in the Black Hills. They are abusing us in every possible way….to ostracize and diminish patriotism and classify nationalist pride in American heritage as racist and immoral. The destination is obvious.

–Always with their universal symbol, raised fists of rage. While red blooded, patriotic Americans were celebrating another Independence Day spent under the duress of a globalist occupation and rule by a fallow figurehead of that intentional sabotage, members of the NDN Collective, the same neo-Marxist Native American group responsible for clogging the road to Mount Rushmore during President Donald Trump’s visit to South Dakota one year ago, was busy scaling a 500-foot tall grain elevator in downtown Rapid City to unfurl a flag emblazoned with the word, “LandbaKK,” the driving political thrust for forcible return of the Black Hills and all ancestral tribal homelands to indigenous ownership. A symbolic conquering of the city and a commemoration of coup already counted against Donald Trump and his supporters at last year’s Mount Rushmore Trump rally.

LandbaKK. Decolonization. Climate Justice.

Make no mistake. When our communist enemies lovingly employ the nonsensical terminology, “climate justice,” what they’re referring to is a 2021 version of the 1917 Zimmerman Note. A promise both to Mexico and to the indigenous tribes and other minority groups in the United States for the confiscation and redistribution of disputed tribal homelands in return for homogenized social justice activism and loyalty to already assembled refashioning of America via neo-Marxist revolution. Racial reparations, as defined by the United Nations since the 1976 “Council of 24,” working group on decolonization of indigenous peoples, includes the ad hoc dissolution of “European” land ownership in North America and the use of propagandized white guilt campaigns and educational efforts to effectively break the American identity and destroy nationalist demands for both individual and national sovereignty.
