Mucormycosis: Common Fungal Infections Ravaging the Lungs as Humanity’s Ruined Immune System Vulnerable to Previously Harmless Pathogens

–Indian doctors see 200-fold increase in deadly lung infections caused by everyday mold sources, mucormycosis. Without the immunological “memory” earned by eons of germ exposure and antibody production, a vestigial function we call “transgenerational immunity,” the human race would suffer a similar extinction fate.
