BETRAYAL ON EVERY SIDE: The Supreme Court GUTS Religious Liberty and Freedom of Speech in America in a Single Disastrous Week.

–Missouri Senator Josh Hawley nails it. This is the end of the religious right’s confident commitment to the hope of the Supreme Court as a firewall protection of the Constitution, freedom of religion and freedom of speech in America.  A court decision dealing with employment law has the potential to mandate every church, religious organization or civic group to violate matters of Christian conscience on issues regarding biblical sexuality and marriage. The Bostock decision could also be interpreted as a muzzling of a pastor’s pulpit right under the interpretation of hate speech.

–Noting matters. If conservative judicial appointments like Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Roberts are unwilling to defend the Constitution, there is ZERO incentive for American conservatives to have confidence in the future of the court, or in the GOP.

–Trump at the 12th hour finally takes action, directing DOJ to begin forcing social media platforms to pick a lane between platform and publisher. If they exercise censorship and curation of published content online they CANNOT CLAIM LIABILITY PROTECTION against libel, slander and reputational lawsuits for damaging content. Deprived of Section 230 protections as enumerated in the Communications Decency Act, every facebook user would be eligible to sue social media providers for libelous, slanderous content posted by other users.

–Poll shows Deep State’s misery infliction series of hoaxes is functioning perfectly. Americans are more unhappy than at anytime in the last 50 years.

–DOLLAR IMPLOSION IS IMMINENT: COVID Crisis succeeds in pushing America deeper into insolvency, a 30-trillion national debt and Trump administration advisors pushing for even more stimulus to mollify the impacts of COVID-19.

–Facts no longer matter to anyone on any portion of the political spectrum. This is the post-reality era, where people construct alternate realities and live in them, sneering at anyone who pokes holes in their playhouse in the clouds.

–Cloward and Piven strategy is succeeding brilliantly as artificial racial violence destroys America’s inner cities, rendering them uninhabitable third world shitholes. Bolshevists don’t need to win militarily, they just need to push America over the tipping point of fiscal collapse and replace the present system. That has always been the plan.
